Serve as a strategic partner and manage relationship global stakeholders
Identify needs and opportunities for expansion/cross-sell.
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Manage the upgrade process to new software versions.
Native English - must.
3+ years of sales or account management experience in customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to influence, handle objections, and resolve customer questions.
Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and departments across the company.
